Moulds Factory
The factory sales capacity is up to 100.000US$ a month that is 120 moulds a year. The factory produces injection moulding, blow molding, extrusion moulding for plastics. However, sheet metal work moulds is also produces in Elsalam plast
The factory contains design department that has 3 computers with VERO VISI SERIES Cad/Cam systems (under licensing).
The factory makes mould from size 150 mm x 150 mm to 1,5 meter x 1 meter and from 80 kg weight up to 5 ton.
- Mould factory has Egyptians experts, Italian, and Turkish who are very well trained. The factory uses German steel made by BOHLER or Swedish made by ASSAB, other accessories are imported from Pedrotti Italy, that is to achieve the European quality with competitive costs.

***Elsalam plast has 5 extrusion lines with a capacity up to 50 ton a month using Italian make such as Tecnova and Amod from a 20 mm diameter up to 70 mm.
Most of the profiles go to automotive industry and white goods.
